Clouds

10x15" acrylic; 'Clouds': This one was another of those unplanned pieces, as with 'Library Amorphous' I started with a middle toned grey background and worked in lighter and lighter values. As I just kind of went with this one, I can't fully explain what it is about. I think it has the similar 'astral' feel that my prior pieces do, and I think I was looking to diversify the architecture to suggest how the idea of buildings and structures might be redefined on another plane of existence.
