This is the cover art for an upcoming collection of New York City based adventures for the 'Call of Cthulhu' role playing game, the publisher is Miskatonic River Press. The assignment called for a New York landmark from the 20's, and then a goodly dose of Lovecraftiana. I hadn't really thought about it before, but much of what we recognize New York for simply wasn't there back then.
